Following the passing of Norman Lear at 101 years old, CBS is set to celebrate his extraordinary career with a special tribute. Norman Lear: A Life on Television will air on CBS and streaming on Paramount+ on December 8th at 8 pm. The one-hour special, presented by Entertainment Tonight and hosted by Nischelle Turner, will include interviews with stars from Lear's long-running comedies, including Jimmie Walker from Good Times and Mackenzie Phillips from One Day At A Time. Viewers can also expect never-before-seen interviews from the ET vault.
Lear, known for his iconic sitcoms, was responsible for shows such as Good Times, One Day At A Time, Sanford And Son, All in the Family, The Jeffersons, and Maude.
