Best-selling cookbook author, Terry Walters, will introduce the community to her new cookbook 'NOURISH: Plant-Based Recipes to Feed Body, Mind, and Soul'. The event will take place from 7 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at Sibley Hall in Groton Public Library.

'NOURISH' features 200 vegan and gluten-free seasonal recipes, along with information on healthy cooking techniques, tools, and tips. It also includes a section dedicated to Fermentation and Gut Health. The cookbook is filled with photography, original artwork, and poetry by Walters herself.
